Hi! I’m Anya, and I founded the Balanced Body Method (BBM). I know how it feels to be drowning in yo-yo patterns and having ZERO energy. I was an ambitious girl who struggled with discipline and poor habits for decades and fought to find balance in my life.

I learned a hard lesson after mismanaging my health for over a decade: tracking every morsel of food, running marathons to burn belly fat and hardcore dieting. I had ZERO energy, was exhausted, and hated my reflection in the mirror no matter what I tried.

Deep down I knew there was something better. I wanted to learn everything I could about health and wellness. My goal was to become longer-lasting than the Energizer bunny. I finally was able to create ABUNDANT energy, a lean and strong body I absolutely LOVE – without diets or suffering for hours in the gym. Then I started getting asked how women could replicate the same results in THEIR lives, too.

This is the result I put together – a program to teach my signature methodology. It  has allowed me to create an extremely productive, healthy and highly energetic version of me – without feeling overwhelmed or confused with all the info. That is how the “Balanced Body Method” was born!

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals and health. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:

STEP 1: Lifestyle Audit

In Week 1, we will take a closer look at the all important parts of your lifestyle. You’ll learn where you can focus on maximizing your energy and establish the routines that will empower you without taking up too much of your time, whether you want to lose stubborn fat, tone up or manage your stress like a boss.

STEP 2: Mindset Reprogramming Protocol

We’ll reveal the root causes of your procrastination, self-sabotage, perfectionism, and other behavioral patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. We will identify what mindset growing practices will be the most beneficial for you to feel excited, energized and FIERCELY confident every day. You’ll rewire your brain and create a new, unshakeable identity to crush your goals.

STEP 3: Nutrition Reboot

You’ll learn how to transform your nutrition habits to provide the best support and nourishment to your body (without insane hours in the kitchen), and know how to fit it in your busy days. We will turn you into a fat-burner who has unlimited energy and sharp focus AND complete control of cravings and hunger!

STEP 4: Movement Blueprint
