It’s easy to get lost in the noisy world of social media. It’s hard to stay authentic, true to yourself, free from the impostor syndrome, kind and loyal to your tribe. I feel so lucky and encouraged when I find people who have a truly genuine, fun, and real profiles or stories they share. That’s what we want to see on Instagram and Facebook, right? A sneak peek in someone else’s life, the details of their daily routines, the fascinating moments they don’t keep private.
I hold onto people who are working in the lifestyle, health and wellness fields and promote positivity, upbeat attitude, body love and a great sense of partnership and friendship (even though you may never meet them in person). Caralyn Mirand Koch is one of those people who makes you want to hang out in her energy more.
She’s a curve model, content creator, entrepreneur, a fellow Clarkson University graduate, a dog mom, an amazing wife, a newlywed, and such a kind soul. I was lucky to steal some of her time and we spent it talking about:
- Her path as a curve model and entrepreneur
- Her perspective on healthy body, body image, and confidence
- Her non-routine routine and self-care methods
- Her amazing and inspiring community and journey to make this world a better, more positive place.
