Interview with Karin Velikonja (Glowinface)

I haven’t enjoyed talking about aging in the last 5 years or so. The thing is, you don’t start noticing the first signs of aging …until you do. I remember the first time I noticed my first wrinkles. It was more heartbreaking than the end of the last Avengers movie! It took me a while to start embracing the aging process, and honestly, I’m yet to come to good terms with it when I am enjoying it. I’ve made a lot of progress in the positive direction and did learn a few powerful mindset shifts that helped me be kinder and more loving towards my body and face, welcoming new fine lines, gray hairs, skin imperfections etc. Then I discovered…face yoga!

Face yoga: the best anti-aging strategy and form of self-care

A few months ago I started researching face yoga exercises. If you know me, you know I’m a huge believer of healing and improving things from within. Cellulite? Eat better food and move. Acne and dull skin? Heal from within. Yo-yo dieting? Focus on healing your mind and emotions.

I was torn. My fine lines started to bother me again lately. In fact, I looked up Botox and other alternative methods. Then I ran into this beautiful lady teaching face yoga on Instagram. I was blown away by the results and took her course. I’ve felt incredible and saw dramatic changes in just two weeks. Since I have an obsessive learner personalty…I wanted to know more about Karin and her Glowinface face yoga program to be able to share it with the world.
