Interview with Tiffany Angulo (The Pretty Little Lifters)

I’m so excited to share another interview with a wonderful L.A. girl Tiffany Angulo. 

Tiffany Angulo is a full-time elementary school teacher in West Hollywood, a personal trainer teaching classes and individuals, a kettlebell trainer, a fitness model,  and a CrossFit girl! She runs a female-oriented community of like-minded girls called The Pretty Little Lifters.

When I first started following PLL (she calls it), I was so attracted to the vibe and positivity of it. I wasn’t even lifting weights at the time, and honestly, Tiffany and her partner in crime (there were two of them at that time) encouraged me to stop being scared to “get bulky”. Tiffany is an amazing soul – bubbly, positive, encouraging and loyal!

In this interview, we talk (LOTS) about lifting, routines, workouts, and overall wellness. Enjoy!
